📈Sales and average prices are up compared to last year at this time and with new listings down this fall, market conditions have become tighter when compared year-over-year.

📊This tightening of the market is especially true in the higher density housing types, such as condominium apartments, townhouses and semi-detached house. Many buyers in this category may find it more difficult to find a home meeting their needs.
