Toronto Real Estate Board sales were up 17.6% from last month. After the volatile month-over-month changes over the past year we are happy to report that average selling price edged up by 2% and homes sale are also up over 2 % compared to June last year. 📈

This is great news as home buyers are moving back into the market after the craziness of 2017. Expect to see continued improvement in the months ahead.
