What happened last month in real estate?
Market conditions have remained tight enough to support a year-over-year moderate price growth of 0.5%, although the number of sales has remained practically the same as last year this time. With the supply of new listings down by -5.1%, we continue to see competition between buyers for available listings this spring. It may still be cool outdoors, but the spring real estate market is here.
