It’s finally happening! The summer heat wave is here with bright and sunny skies, and the Real Estate Market is looking just as bright and sunny!
Toronto Real Estate Board sales were up 17.6% from last month. After the volatile month-over-month changes over the past year, we are happy to report that the average selling price edged up by 2% and home sales are also up over 2% compared to June last year.
This is great news as home buyers are moving back into the market after the craziness of 2017. Expect to see continued improvement in the months ahead.
